Job Description

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually compelling designs that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives. This role involves creating graphics for digital platforms, print media, social media campaigns, and other creative projects. The designer must combine creativity with technical expertise to deliver high-quality visual content that enhances brand presence and engages the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visual content including social media creatives, digital ads, presentations, infographics, brochures, and marketing collateral. Create and refine company logos, branding elements, and style guides to maintain a consistent brand identity. Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and product teams to develop creative assets for campaigns. Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms (web, mobile, print, and digital). Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and innovation. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Prepare final artwork for publishing/printing with accurate formatting and specifications. Support video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia projects when required.

Requirements:

2-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across digital and print mediums. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or Canva. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into impactful visuals. Experience in social media design, branding, and campaign graphics. Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
