We're Hiring: In-House Graphic Designer

Aushikaya, an Ayurvedic brand focused on natural beauty and wellness, is looking for a

creative and experienced Graphic Designer

to join our

in-house team

. If you have a strong design sense and love creating visually appealing brand creatives, this role is for you.

Minimum 3 years & maximum 5 years

of relevant experience Must have own

professional laptop

Strong creative thinking with attention to detail Ability to follow brand guidelines and visual consistency Portfolio submission is mandatory
- Graphic Designer

You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that strengthens Aushikaya's brand identity across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design creatives for

social media, ads, website, banners, and campaigns

Create marketing materials for product launches and promotions Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaign visuals Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all designs Adapt designs for different formats and platforms Ensure timely delivery of creatives with high visual quality

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Graphic Designer

(Portfolio required) Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred:

Experience with

product-based or beauty/wellness brands

Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus
