Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media (brochures, posters, social media posts, product packaging, etc.).
Develop brand identity materials including logos, templates, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver creative campaigns.
Social Media Management
Plan, design, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize campaigns.
Respond to comments/messages and maintain brand presence online.
Online Billing & Documentation
Manage online billing systems and generate invoices.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and payments.
Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliation and reporting.
Customer Interaction
Communicate with customers regarding sales, billing queries, and product information.
Provide prompt support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as a bridge between design/marketing and client servicing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva).
Basic knowledge of social media marketing tools and analytics.
