Job Role: In-House Graphic Designer
We are looking for a full-time, in-house Graphic Designer who can work closely with our marketing and performance teams to create high-quality, conversion-focused creatives.
This is not a freelance or remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Design Meta Ads creatives (Facebook & Instagram)
Create website banners, product creatives & landing visuals
Design social media posts, stories & reel covers
Work on product labels, packaging & print designs
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Coordinate daily with marketing & content teams
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva
Understanding of branding, color psychology & typography
Experience with ecommerce / D2C creatives preferred
Ability to design performance-oriented ad creatives
Good speed, creativity & attention to detail
What We're Looking For
In-house availability is mandatory
1-3 years of experience or a solid design portfolio
Someone who understands business + marketing design, not just visuals
Comfortable working with feedback and deadlines
Interest in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus
