Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced

Graphic Designer

to oversee the visual direction and execution of our creative projects. This role involves both hands-on design work and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design team in the development of creative assets for digital, print, social media, and branding initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver visually compelling and effective design solutions. Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all design outputs. Oversee and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. Translate marketing and product strategies into clear, impactful visual communications. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the creative output.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 4-6+ years of proven experience in graphic design, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva). Excellent visual, motion, editing, typographic, and layout skills. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva). Fashion retail experience is must.
