Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality
graphics, creatives, brochures, social media posts, ads, and marketing materials
.
Edit and produce
short-form and long-form videos
for social media, branding, and campaigns.
Perform
on-site videography
during project shoots, events, and marketing activities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective visual content.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Work on real estate project creatives such as
floor plans, project highlights, amenities, and site visuals
.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience
as a Graphic Designer in a
real estate company
.
Strong command of
Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva
, and other design tools.
Proficiency in
video editing software
like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Hands-on experience in
videography
including camera handling, lighting, and basic audio.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of brand aesthetics.
Education
Bachelor's in
Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts
, or related field (preferred).
Work Schedule
Full-time | 6 days working
