Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphics Designer

to join our production and graphics team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, basic animation knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced newsroom environment. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for our daily news bulletins, special shows, digital platforms, and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality graphics, lower-thirds, logos, and templates for live news, shows, and programs. Work closely with Output Producers, Anchors, and the Editorial team to understand visual requirements. Develop social media creatives for Digital and Web platforms. Assist in video editing and basic motion graphics when needed. Maintain consistency in design style and branding guidelines. Support senior designers with ongoing visual design tasks. Ensure timely delivery of graphics during live and breaking news scenarios.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred). 0-2 years of experience in a news channel or media industry (freshers with strong portfolios can apply). Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro

. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to work under pressure and deliver quick turnarounds during breaking news. Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail. Basic understanding of 2D/3D motion graphics is an added advantage.
