Role Summary

Create high-impact visuals for brands across social, campaigns, and branding. Bring fresh ideas and elevate briefs with strong visual thinking. Maintain world-class craft in typography, layout, and detail.

Responsibilities

Produce daily creative outputs: posts, carousels, banners, mailers & simple motion. Turn briefs into clean, original visual solutions. Deliver pixel-perfect files for web/print. Contribute ideas in brainstorms and implement feedback quickly. Manage multiple tasks and maintain organised asset libraries.

Must-Haves

~2 years agency/startup design experience Strong, concept-led portfolio Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; basic Figma Excellent typography, composition & colour sense Ability to explain design decisions clearly Fast, detail-focused execution Basic motion skills (AE/Premiere)

Nice to Have

Experience in branding & campaign systems Motion/kinetic type skills
