Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design brochures, product catalogs, packaging, flyers, posters, banners, and other marketing collaterals. Create visual content for digital platforms including social media, website, email campaigns, and presentations. Develop product labels, nameplates, and technical illustrations as per industrial design requirements. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and production teams to understand project requirements and ensure brand consistency. Design internal communication materials like newsletters, signage, safety awareness posters, etc. Support trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events with creative display designs. Ensure all designs align with company guidelines and maintain quality standards. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines. Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and printing techniques relevant to industrial and manufacturing environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. 2-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the

manufacturing or industrial sector

. Proficiency in design software:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW

, etc. Knowledge of

printing processes, color correction, and layout design

. Strong creativity, visual sense, and attention to detail. Good communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

industrial branding

,

product packaging design

, or

technical illustration

. Familiarity with

video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects)

will be an added advantage. Understanding of

digital marketing design requirements
