Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expert-level skills in Canva to join our gifting company. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, an eye for detail, and the ability to create unique, personalized designs for a wide range of gifting products -- from digital and print materials to custom client orders.

You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal team to conceptualize and deliver customized, visually stunning designs that enhance the emotional and brand value of every gift.

Key Responsibilities

Design customized graphics and layouts using Canva, tailored to individual client or corporate gifting requirements. Create product mockups, packaging designs, labels, tags, greeting cards, social media creatives, and promotional materials. Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into creative, high-quality designs. Develop and maintain brand templates and design assets for consistent branding across all product lines. Ensure all designs are optimized for printing and production accuracy. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to align creative outputs with business goals. Stay up to date with current design trends, color palettes, and gifting aesthetics.
Requirements

Prior experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the gifting, lifestyle, or creative product industry. Expert-level proficiency in Canva (knowledge of advanced features like templates, brand kits, animation, and print-ready exports). Strong sense of color, typography, and layout design for both print and digital media. Ability to create personalized and emotional design concepts that fit gifting occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, corporate events, etc.). Knowledge of print specifications, materials, and formats. Excellent communication and client interaction skills. Strong time management and project coordination abilities.
