Job Description

Finding a suitable candidate for a senior position as a Team Leader in our Graphic Designing Team. This role is critical to our organization, and we are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field, preferably within an event management company.

Key Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the context of event management.

Technical Skills: The ideal candidate should be well-versed in graphic design software such as Corel DRAW, Illustrator, and other relevant graphic design tools. Proficiency in video editing software is also highly desirable.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills are essential for this role. The candidate should be capable of leading and motivating a team of graphic designers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Creativity: We are looking for someone who can bring fresh and innovative design ideas to the table, enhancing the visual appeal of our event materials.

Project Management: The candidate should have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and ensuring efficient resource allocation within the team.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. The candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
