Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design engaging creatives for digital platforms (social media, websites, emailers, ads, etc.) and print (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop visuals that support campaigns and brand storytelling.
Create design templates, infographics, illustrations, and presentations as needed.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and deliver consistent visual identity.
Adapt and repurpose designs for multiple channels while maintaining quality.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma (knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
Strong creative thinking, layout, and typography skills.
Ability to translate briefs and concepts into visually appealing designs.
Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
A strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise across digital and print.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Motion graphics and video editing skills.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
Experience working in B2B or agency environments.
