We are a custom merchandise company specializing in designing and manufacturing personalized t-shirts, uniforms, and promotional products. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and bring designs to life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and prepare print-ready files for t-shirts, uniforms, and other merchandise.
Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate file formats, sizes, and color matching.
Develop creative design concepts for client requirements, branding, and marketing materials.
Ensure all designs are aligned with client specifications and delivered within deadlines.
Maintain an organized database of design files for easy retrieval and production.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory).
Ability to create vector graphics and prepare high-quality print files.
Basic knowledge of other design software (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) is a plus
Good command of English (reading & writing) to understand client briefs and communicate effectively.
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in designing for the printing/merchandise industry.
Understanding of garment printing techniques (DTF, screen printing, sublimation, embroidery) will be an advantage.
