Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative

Graphic Designer

with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across both digital and print media, with a keen eye for detail, typography, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute visual concepts across a variety of platforms, including digital (social media, web, email) and print (brochures, posters, packaging). Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging campaign assets that align with brand guidelines. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to internal stakeholders. Work with printers, vendors, or developers to ensure the final output matches the original design vision. Maintain consistency in brand identity across all design materials. Revise and update existing creative materials based on feedback. Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Required Own Laptop.

Immediate Joiner will be preferred.

Must Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in a professional design environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma and Canva is a plus. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch. Prior experience in working with marketing teams or in an agency setting.
