Job Description

Deliver high-quality graphic designs (logos, posters, social media creatives, brochures, etc.) that align with brand identity.

Develop innovative visual concepts for marketing and communication materials.

Brand Consistency

Ensure all design outputs are consistent with the company's branding guidelines.

Maintain visual coherence across all platforms (web, print, social media, etc.).

Project Delivery & Timeliness

Complete assigned design projects within set deadlines.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.

Collaboration with Teams

Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand requirements and deliver visuals accordingly.

Communicate design ideas clearly and take feedback constructively.

Software Proficiency

Demonstrate expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, etc.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools.

Client/Stakeholder Satisfaction

Deliver work that meets or exceeds client or stakeholder expectations.

Revise designs based on feedback and improve based on user or market response.

Digital Media Adaptation

Create designs optimized for different digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, websites, etc.).

Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly design formats.

Print-Ready Output

Prepare and deliver print-ready files with correct specifications (CMYK color, bleed, resolution, etc.).

Liaise with printers or vendors when needed.
