About the Role:

We're seeking a talented and imaginative

Graphic Designer

to join our event management team. In this role, you'll support the visual planning of large-scale corporate events by collaborating with our 3D designers. From social media to event presentations, your work will play a key role in communicating our vision to clients and bringing events to life.

You'll help visualize and present event setups such as

main stage designs

,

branded exhibition booths

,

grand entry archways

,

product showcase zones

, and other key visual installations before the actual production begins.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with 3D designers to visualize major event setups like

main stages

exhibition booths

,

grand entry archways

, and

brand installations

Design proposal decks and presentation visuals for client approvals (corporate events, expos, marathons, etc.) Create social media graphics, reels, and digital ads to promote events Design print-ready materials like banners, backdrops, and brochures Edit short promotional or recap videos Maintain visual consistency and meet tight deadlines across multiple projects

Must-Have Skills:

Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Microsoft PowerPoint

Good to Have:

Figma (for collaborative design workflows) Basic understanding of event layout or space design Awareness of branding, print design, and digital formats
