About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and brand-focused

Graphic Designer

to join our creative team in Noida. This role is ideal for someone who has a

deep understanding of branding principles

and a strong portfolio of visual identity projects. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent and impactful brand presence across all platforms and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and evolve brand identities, including logos, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines. Create high-quality visual assets for branding campaigns, marketing materials, packaging, social media, and website. Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to translate brand strategy into creative visual solutions. Maintain consistency of brand messaging and visual language across all channels and departments. Design presentations, pitch decks, event branding, and other collateral to support brand-building efforts. Lead and support rebranding initiatives and ensure brand compliance across the organization. Stay current on design and branding trends to keep the brand fresh, modern, and relevant.

Requirements:

2-3 years of proven experience in

graphic design with a core focus on branding

. Strong portfolio that showcases brand identity work, including logo design, brand guidelines, and campaign assets. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools. Deep understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. Experience working on brand strategy and conceptual thinking. Strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through design. Excellent time management and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with UI/UX design, motion graphics, or packaging design. Prior experience in agency or fast-paced brand environments. Familiarity with print production and vendor coordination.
