Key Responsibilities:
Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver engaging creatives accordingly.
Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
Create static posts, carousels, GIFs, short videos, and reels to drive engagement.
Stay updated on social media design trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
Manage and organize design files, assets, and templates for efficient workflow.
Edit existing creatives as per feedback and brand evolution.
Assist in designing occasional branding material like banners, brochures, emailers, and digital ads.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media graphic design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Experience in Canva and other social design tools is a plus.
Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for aesthetics.
Good understanding of social media content formats, dimensions, and platform-specific design nuances.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
A strong portfolio showcasing social media work is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
Basic motion graphics or video editing experience.
Knowledge of UI/UX design or web graphics.
Experience in working with brands or agencies.
