Key Responsibilities

Design visually compelling

property brochures, flyers, signage, social media posts, hoardings, banners

,

website landing page banners

and

emailers

. Create branding material for new real estate projects including

logos, colour palettes, visual identity

etc. Design and edit

floor plans

,

site plans

, and

elevation renders

with accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize

campaigns

and generate leads through visual storytelling. Develop creatives for

property launch events

,

exhibitions

, and

client presentations

. Edit and enhance

property images

, and

design virtual staging

where required. Ensure consistent branding across all materials and follow design guidelines. Keep up to date with real estate trends, design tools, and marketing practices. Occasionally support with

video editing

for walkthroughs and promotional videos.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in

real estate, architecture, or interior design

. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)

. Working knowledge of

Canva, CorelDRAW

, or other design tools is a plus. Understanding of

digital marketing trends

and

social media formats

. Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate or architectural design work. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

Skills in

motion graphics

,

animation

, or

basic video editing

. Experience in working with

builders, developers, or real estate marketing agencies

.
