Graphic Designer (Full-time)

Location: Dehradun

Reporting to: Creative Lead / Marketing Manager

Role and responsibilities

Create eye-catching visuals for social media, websites, emails, print materials (brochures, flyers, etc.).

Make sure all designs follow the brand's look and feel.

Work with the team -- marketing, content, product -- to turn ideas into finished designs.

Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign, etc. to bring your ideas to life.

Deliver files ready for web or print (correct formats, colours, sizes).

Handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay open to feedback and ideas.

Stay curious: learn new design tools, keep up with design trends.

Who we're looking for?

You've completed a degree or diploma (any discipline) or you're a self-taught designer eager to learn.

You've used design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; even basic experience counts.

You care about how things look: good with colour, fonts, layout, and visuals.

You can communicate well, work in a team, and pick up feedback positively.

You're organised, can juggle more than one task, and meet deadlines even when things get busy.

Bonus skills (not required but nice to have)

Familiar with Figma, Canva or other modern design tools.

Some experience in motion graphics, video editing or UI/UX design.
