Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (with UI/UX expertise) to join our team. This role combines brand and campaign design with practical UX/UI, ensuring brand consistency and support the company's visual communication needs. You will work closely with product, marketing and engineering to deliver consistent, usable and high-converting designs.

Responsibilities:

Design marketing collateral: banners, brochures, presentations, social media creatives, websites and corporate branding. Create and maintain brand assets and visual guidelines to ensure a consistent brand identity. Produce high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes and design systems for web and mobile (with a WhatsApp-first mindset). Convert product requirements into wireframes, user flows, information architecture and pixel-perfect UI. Manage end-to-end social media creative pipeline: ideation, scheduling, posting and asset optimization for platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X). Assist with content creation (static, GIF, short video assets) Monitor basic social engagement and coordinate with marketing to drive improvements (no heavy community management required). Keep up to date with design trends, accessibility standards and emerging UX patterns; evangelize best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-5 years experience in graphic design and UI/UX for digital products and marketing. Strong working knowledge of

Adobe Photoshop

Illustrator

and

InDesign

. Proficient with UX/UI tools such as

Canva

,

Sketch

, or Adobe XD. Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals: typography, colour theory, layout and hierarchy. Experience building wireframes, interactive prototypes and design systems. Good communication skills, collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
