Overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile

Graphic Designer

with a minimum of

2+ years of professional experience

to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a visual problem-solver who can navigate seamlessly between high-end technical design and fast-paced digital content creation. You will play a key role in shaping our visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms while contributing to innovative web and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Concept to Execution:

Lead the design process from initial brainstorming and sketching to final delivery of high-quality assets.

Advanced Image Editing:

Perform complex photo retouching, compositing, and color grading using

Adobe Photoshop

.

Vector Creation:

Design scalable brand assets, including logos, custom iconography, and illustrations, using

Adobe Illustrator

.

Digital Solutions:

Collaborate on web layouts and UI elements within

Figma

to ensure a seamless transition from design to development.

Brand Scaling:

Develop and manage

Canva

templates to empower internal teams while maintaining strict brand integrity.

Multi-Channel Design:

Produce engaging visuals for social media, email marketing, display ads, and print collateral.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality or attention to detail.

Skills

Core Software:

Expert-level proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop

and

Adobe Illustrator

.

Modern Design Tools:

Strong working knowledge of

Figma

(for UI/web layouts) and

Canva

(for template management).

Visual Literacy:

Mastery of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.

Experience:

2+ years

of proven experience in a professional design role (agency or in-house).

Portfolio:

A diverse portfolio showcasing both digital and print work that demonstrates technical skill and creative thinking.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders.

Educational Qualification

Degree:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience or specialised design certifications will also be considered.*
