Job Title: Graphic Designer : We are currently searching for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs and contributing to the overall success of our projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with a passion for graphic design to gain valuable experience and grow within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually engaging designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, posters, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Utilize graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc., to produce high-quality designs.
- Receive training in Adobe Express from an authorized Adobe trainer and obtain certification bearing the Adobe logo.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Attend meetings with the marketing team to discuss project requirements and provide creative input.
- Willingness to travel to colleges affiliated with our universities for on-site design projects.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 3-6 months of prior experience in graphic design is preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.
- Strong fluency in Tamil and basic proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools and techniques.
