Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional training sessions in
Graphic Design fundamentals and industry tools
.
Teach and demonstrate tools including
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Figma
.
Plan and execute
hands-on learning modules, live demonstrations, and practical assignments
.
Guide students in working on
live client projects managed by Resometa Technologies
.
Ensure students follow professional design standards while executing branding, social media creatives, marketing assets, and layouts.
Review student assignments, provide structured feedback, and support continuous improvement.
Assist students in building
industry-ready portfolios using real client work
.
Monitor student attendance, performance, and project progress through CRM systems.
Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to align training outcomes with client project requirements.
Support demo sessions, workshops, and institutional training programs when required.
Stay
up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, software updates, and industry practices
, and integrate them into the training curriculum.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven professional experience as a
Graphic Designer
.
Strong understanding of
design principles
, including typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
Hands-on expertise with
Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma

Experience working on
real client projects
in a professional environment.
Strong communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
