Iris Florets is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience in both print design and digital/social media creatives. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize and execute designs that align with our brand identity across schools, franchise marketing, admissions campaigns, and internal communication.
This role requires strong design fundamentals, a deep understanding of brand aesthetics, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design brochures, flyers, standees, banners, hoardings, certificates, and marketing collaterals.
Create layouts for school branding materials such as event posters, signage, and internal communication content.
Ensure print output quality by preparing print-ready files with proper bleed, color codes, and specifications.
Design creative content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Create digital ads, reels thumbnails, story designs, newsletter layouts, and campaign graphics.
Develop visuals for website banners, landing pages, and online campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all digital assets.
Work with the marketing and communications teams to understand design requirements and campaign briefs.
Develop new design concepts for school events, academic promotions, franchise marketing, and corporate communication.
Contribute creatively to brainstorming sessions and brand-building initiatives.
Technical Responsibilities
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with timely delivery.
Maintain proper file management, version control, and creative asset library.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and visual styles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (education sector preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects is an added bonus).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
Experience in print production and preparing print-ready artwork.
Ability to design engaging social media content and digital campaign creatives.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling ability.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
