Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing marketing content, branding materials, and social media creatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality visuals that represent our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create visual content for digital and print media (social media posts, brochures, banners, posters, etc.) Develop marketing collaterals aligned with KIT Skill Hub's brand guidelines Create graphics for presentations, ads, and promotional campaigns Work with the marketing team to understand requirements and provide design solutions Edit and retouch images for campaigns and events Design creatives for website and landing pages Coordinate with the content and media teams for timely delivery Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and formats Ensure visual consistency across all communication materials

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent

1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design

Strong proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Knowledge of

Canva

and other design tools Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus (Premiere Pro / After Effects) Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

Experience in designing for the education/training industry Basic knowledge of UI/UX or website graphics Experience with motion graphics

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
