This role requires a strong blend of creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality visual materials for digital channels (websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations) and print media (brochures, reports, advertisements, packaging).
Translate strategic direction and project requirements into engaging visual concepts that align with brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain brand identity elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and comprehensive style guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams--marketing, product, communications, and leadership--to deliver cohesive design solutions.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while ensuring design integrity and consistency.
Prepare and optimize files for print production and digital delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure innovative and modern design solutions.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Competencies
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or equivalent applications.
Strong knowledge of layout design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Exceptional creativity paired with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience in motion graphics, video editing, illustration is advantageous.
Work Environment
Graphic Designers may work within corporate marketing teams, creative agencies, design studios, or in a freelance capacity. The role often involves collaborative brainstorming, project meetings, and presenting creative work to key decision-makers.
