About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of professional experience in designing digital and print media, with a strong eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and layout. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create visually engaging designs that reflect our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and print materials. Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design outputs. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals. Design logos, infographics, banners, brochures, and other marketing collaterals. Work with UI/UX teams to support website and app design requirements. Prepare and optimize files for print and digital publishing. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Review and iterate designs based on feedback.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and wireframing tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus. Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is desirable. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to work with multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email or web design is a bonus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
