We're looking for a

Creative Graphic Designer & Video Creator

with a passion for

storytelling and brand-building

. You'll be responsible not just for creating eye-catching designs and engaging videos, but for

conceptualizing story-driven visual campaigns

that amplify EffiaSoft's value across digital platforms.

You will

script and visualize stories

that explain how our technology empowers businesses--from kirana shops to large retail chains--to simplify billing, manage inventory, and grow faster.

Roles and Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Visual Brand Assets

Design marketing creatives, social posts, pitch decks, UI mockups, and banners for web, product, and events.

Ensure brand consistency in colors, fonts, layouts, and tone across all design assets.

Create illustrations, info-graphics, and icons to visually represent features and services.

Create engaging short-form

videos and reels for Instagram and Facebook to boost brand visibility

and user engagement.

Use trending

audio, hooks, and formats to produce viral

, platform-optimized content aligned with EffiaSoft's brand.

Video Content Creation

Plan, shoot, and edit videos including product explainers, customer stories, reels, and tutorials.

Produce product walkthroughs and demo videos that clearly show real-world use cases of Just Billing.

Optimize all video content for mobile, web, and social formats (YouTube, Instagram, Linked-In).

Conceptual Storytelling & Scripting

Ideate and write compelling video/storyboard scripts

for campaigns, feature launches, and customer journeys.

Translate technical features (like multi-store billing, cloud POS, GST invoicing) into

relatable stories

.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to

shape emotional and educational narratives

that drive awareness.

Brand Photography & Content Shoots

Conduct photoshoots for internal teams, client events, POS usage, training sessions, etc.

Capture high-quality lifestyle shots, infrastructure images, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Tools Knowledge

Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma

Video: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in creative content production (video + design).

Proven experience crafting brand narratives or explainer stories - especially in SaaS, tech, or retail domains.

A strong portfolio with examples of video storytelling, reels, product-focused creatives.

Strong scripting and creative ideation skills.

A growth mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Media, Communications, or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
