Responsibilities and Duties

Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media posts, websites, ads, and branding. Work with the marketing team to turn ideas into eye-catching designs. Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with our brand. Adapt and resize visuals for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, web, etc.). Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and developers to produce cohesive designs. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and formats.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 0-2 years of experience in graphic design (internships or freelance projects count). Proficiency with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma. A creative portfolio that shows your design thinking and style. Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layouts. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Bonus: Motion graphics, video editing, or illustration skills.

Preferred

Experience designing for startups, social media, or digital-first brands. Familiarity with Canva, After Effects, or other design tools. Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
