Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will collaborate closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs that effectively communicate the desired message.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and Design:

Develop visual concepts based on client briefs and project requirements. Create designs for various media, including print, digital, and social platforms.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.

Collaboration:

Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet their needs. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization based on project deadlines. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to clients or team members for feedback.

Technical Proficiency:

Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are current and relevant.

Quality Assurance:

Review final designs for errors and ensure that all deliverables meet the required specifications before publication.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 3-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management skills to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). Illustration skills are a plus.
