Job Summary:
Citruscopy is seeking a highly creative and driven Graphic Designer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop visually compelling and effective designs for a varied range of key clients, offering exposure to diverse industries and impactful projects. You will be instrumental in shaping their visual identities and bringing their marketing campaigns to life across multiple digital and print platforms. Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create impactful visual assets for a diverse portfolio of clients and projects, including:
Digital marketing materials (social media campaigns, website graphics, email marketing visuals, display ads)
Branding and identity development (logos, brand guidelines, visual language)
Marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies)
Website design elements (mockups, UI/UX considerations in collaboration with developers)
Video graphics and basic animation
Collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, and directly with clients to understand their specific brand requirements, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
Translate client briefs and marketing strategies into sophisticated and on-brand visual solutions.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to client guidelines across all design deliverables.
Present design concepts and articulate your creative vision and rationale to both internal teams and clients.
Incorporate client feedback constructively and refine designs to achieve client satisfaction.
Manage multiple design projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines for various clients.
Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, tools, and best practices within the digital marketing sector.
Prepare final design files and specifications for various outputs (digital and print).
Maintain organized project files and client asset libraries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of client work and design styles.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, After Effects).
Comprehensive understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy) and their strategic application in digital marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-caliber design work for discerning clients.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines for various client deliverables.
