Laptop: Personal laptop with Photoshop support is mandatory

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and client-focused Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Adobe Photoshop, and have working knowledge of Illustrator and Canva. You must be capable of handling high-quality design tasks independently and be open to working on-site full-time with a minimum one-year commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create compelling designs for social media posts, ad creatives, banners, marketing materials, and branding assets

- Handle client-oriented creative tasks with an understanding of brand identity and visual strategy

- Collaborate with the marketing and client servicing teams to deliver timely and effective designs

- Edit and adapt visuals based on feedback while maintaining creativity and consistency

- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices

- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and brand guidelines

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of hands-on design experience

- Must have completed a Photoshop course with strong practical skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

- Familiarity with video editing tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus

- Strong creativity, visual sense, and attention to detail

- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

- Must own a personal laptop that can smoothly run design software

- Must work from the office (on-site only) - no remote option

- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 1 year in the role
