Graphic Designer - Full-Time | Spyke Media
Experience: 4+ years

Your Role:
As a Graphic Designer, you will:

Design engaging social media graphics for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Create performance-driven ad creatives that boost conversions.

Develop branding materials (logos, brochures, banners, presentations).

Design website assets and UI elements for landing pages.

Work independently while collaborating with the marketing team on creative campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
-Ability to design marketing-focused visuals optimized for engagement and conversions.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for modern, clean, and impactful designs.
- Ability to take creative direction while also bringing original ideas to the table.
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!)


Experience in motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Basic knowledge of UI/UX design for website layouts.

Familiarity with A/B testing and ad performance tracking.
