Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graphic Designer Trainer to train and mentor aspiring designers in graphic design principles, tools, and best practices. As a Graphic Designer Trainer, you'll create and deliver high-quality training content, conduct workshops, and provide one-on-one mentorship to students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and deliver training content on graphic design principles, tools, and best practices

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for students

- Provide one-on-one mentorship and feedback to students

- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, exercises, and projects

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, graphic design tools, and best practices

- Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to improve the training program

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in graphic design

- Experience in training or teaching graphic design principles and tools

- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, color theory, typography, and composition

- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

- Experience with UI/UX design, branding, and visual identity

- Knowledge of design trends and industry-standard design software

- Familiarity with design systems and style guides

- Experience with collaborative design tools like Figma, Sketch, etc.

- Certification in graphic design or training
