About the Role

Clevertize is looking for two enthusiastic and creative

Graphic Designer Trainees

to join our design team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career designers who are eager to learn, experiment, and build a strong foundation in brand communication and visual design.


You?ll work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams while gaining hands-on exposure to real client work.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design team in creating visual assets for digital, print, and social media platforms.


Work on layout design, resizing, and adaptations based on brand guidelines.


Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and client servicing teams to meet timelines.


Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for campaigns and brand collaterals.


Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

What We?re Looking For

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in graphic design (internship or freelance experience counts).


Basic to working knowledge of

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma

.


Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and interest in typography and layouts.


Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve continuously.


A portfolio showcasing creativity, design thinking, and experimentation.

Training & Compensation

4-month structured training program

.

Paid stipend:

15,000 per month.


Post-training evaluation with the opportunity for

full-time conversion and salary revision

based on performance.


Exposure to live projects and real-world brand work from day one.
