We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn ideas, data, and strategy into scroll-stopping creatives.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Adsladder, you'll be responsible for creating high-impact visuals across ads, social media, websites, and product assets. You'll work closely with marketing, growth, and content teams to translate strategy into design.

Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for: Meta & Google Ads (static + carousel) Instagram posts, reels covers, stories LinkedIn posts & banners Website sections & landing pages Create brand-consistent designs aligned with Adsladder's visual identity Convert marketing briefs into clear, compelling visuals Iterate creatives based on performance feedback (CTR, engagement, conversions) Maintain organized design files and asset libraries Collaborate with copywriters and growth marketers for campaign execution
Required Skills

Strong proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Figma (preferred) Good understanding of: Typography, color theory, layout Social media & ad creative best practices Ability to design clean, modern, conversion-focused visuals Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight timelines
Good to Have (Bonus, not mandatory)

Experience designing for performance marketing / ads Motion graphics (After Effects / basic animations) Understanding of branding & design systems Experience working in startups or agencies
