The Role

You will be responsible for creating static creatives and video assets that drive action on Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You must be comfortable using AI to generate assets (images, video clips, scripts) to speed up your design process.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Creatives:

Design high-converting posters and carousels for Facebook (Meta), Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads.

Video Editing:

Edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Ad creatives) using Premiere Pro or After Effects.

Generative AI Workflow:

Actively use AI tools to generate stock images, video backgrounds, and creative assets to reduce turnaround time.

Trend Spotting:

Research and utilize trending audio, meme formats, and viral visual styles.

Layout & Branding:

Work on CorelDraw and Illustrator for vector-based requirements.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.

Software Mastery:

Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Gen AI Proficiency:

Experience with AI prompts and tools (Gemini, Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) is mandatory.

CorelDraw:

Proficiency in CorelDraw is required.

Marketing Mindset:

You understand that design must sell. You know how to create visual hooks.
