Key Responsibilities
Create engaging visual content for digital platforms (social media, websites, ads, emailers)
Design marketing collaterals such as banners, brochures, posters, flyers, and presentations
Develop creatives for performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver design requirements
Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
Work on UI creatives, landing pages, and basic web assets
Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Maintain and update internal design assets and databases
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with
Canva
, Figma, or similar design tools
Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layouts
Knowledge of digital marketing creatives and social media design formats
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to accept feedback and iterate designs quickly
Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design or related field preferred
