Key Responsibilities:
Design creative visuals for social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), banners, and advertisements.
Assist in creating marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, posters, and email templates.
Collaborate with the content team to translate ideas into compelling graphics.
Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality output.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs (fonts, colors, and style).
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
Requirements:
Experience:
0 to 1 year (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).
Software Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or CorelDRAW. Knowledge of Canva or video editing tools (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.
Creativity:
Ability to think out of the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Communication:
Good understanding of design briefs and ability to work in a team.
Portfolio:
A portfolio showcasing your design skills (Academic projects or freelance work accepted).
