Eligibility Criteria
Qualification & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW is a plus
Strong sense of layout, color and typography
Ability to translate scientific or technical information into simple, visual stories
Experience in both digital and print media production
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Knowledge of sustainability, biotechnology, or agriculture will be considered an advantage
Experience :
1-2 years of professional design experience, preferably in agriculture, biotech or related industries will be a plus
Key Responsibilities :
Execute product photoshoots and video shoots for use across e-commerce platforms, Pinterest, and the WhatsApp channel
Perform high quality editing of product images for Pinterest to ensure visual appeal and brand consistency
Design marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, product packaging, infographics, banners, advertisements, and trade show displays
Carry out video editing tasks to produce polished and engaging video content
Design a variety of digital creatives, including employee birthday posts, recruitment posts, meeting announcements and PowerPoint presentations
Contribute to newsletter development by creating content that includes sales tips and interesting facts related to bio fertilizers & pesticides
Manage outdoor video shoots as required, ensuring quality and timely delivery of video materials.
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to visually represent product benefits, technical data, and agricultural results.
