Responsibilities

Create visual concepts:

Develop visual ideas and designs for various media, including websites, advertisements, branding, and print materials.

Collaborate with stakeholders:

Liaise with clients, creative directors, or internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and feedback.

Develop and revise designs:

Prepare rough drafts and layouts based on agreed-upon briefs, and incorporate feedback and revisions to finalize designs.

Maintain brand consistency:

Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms.

Manage projects:

Oversee the entire design process from initial concept and typesetting to print production and delivery.

Stay current:

Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies.
Skills and qualifications

Technical skills:

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Design principles:

Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles to create impactful and effective visuals.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching ideas and collaborating with clients and teams.

Time management:

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creativity:

A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into visually engaging designs.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills is often required.
