Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce marketing and communication materials including presentations, reports, infographics, case studies, brochures, social media graphics, and website assets.
Develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, and client proposals.
Support internal and client-facing projects with high-quality visual storytelling.
Collaborate with consulting teams to translate research, data, and insights into visually compelling graphics and layouts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
1 to 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in consulting, corporate, or professional services preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, PowerPoint, and other design tools.
Preferred:
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, XD).
Experience designing for B2B or consulting firms.
