Job Description

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and consistent designs for AguaClan Water Purifiers, as well as for customers' branded panels. This role will focus on designing product panels for AguaClan's water purifiers and customizing designs for clients, ensuring that all designs align with both AguaClan's and customer brand guidelines. The designer will collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality visual content that communicates product features and enhances brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation

Develop creative and visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media posts, digital ads, product packaging, and websites. Design promotional and branding materials that align with AguaClan's brand guidelines and values.
2.

Panel Designing for AguaClan and Customer Brands

Design detailed product panels for AguaClan's water purifiers, ensuring the design reflects their brand identity. Create customized product panels for customers, ensuring the design reflects their brand identity.
3.

Collaboration

Work closely with the Sales team to understand the company's goals, product features, and target audience for AguaClan. Collaborate with external clients to ensure their branding requirements are met for product panels, and incorporate feedback to finalize designs. Coordinate with the R & D team to gather product-specific details and develop panels and graphics that accurately represent the features and benefits of the water purifiers.
4.

Brand Consistency

Ensure design elements are consistent with both AguaClan's and customer's brand identities across all product panels and promotional materials. Maintain and update brand guidelines as needed, ensuring all designs stay visually cohesive for both the company and clients.
5.

Website and Social Media Graphics

Design engaging graphics and visual content for AguaClan's website and social media platforms, ensuring water purifier products are presented clearly and consistently. Collaborate with Director - Sales & Marketing to ensure visuals are optimized for various platforms and enhance user engagement.
6.

Creative Innovation

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design output and creative ideas. Propose new and innovative design ideas to enhance the visual identity of AguaClan and effectively communicate product features.
7.

Content Layout and Formatting

Work with marketing materials and content, ensuring they are visually attractive and well-formatted for different media types (digital, print, etc.). Prepare final design files for print and web production, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
8.

Feedback and Revisions

Respond to feedback from the Sales team, R & D team, and clients, making revisions as required. Ensure all designs are completed within specified timelines and meet quality standards.
9.

Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality. Prioritize tasks and provide regular updates on project status to the marketing team and clients.
10.

File Organization and Archiving

Maintain an organized library of design files and assets for easy retrieval. Archive completed projects and design files according to company protocols.
11.

Other Responsibilities

Assist in any additional design-related tasks as needed by the company or clients. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
