We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

with

2 to 5 Years experience

candidate to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva, with a passion for creating engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

Design posters, stories, and thumbnails using Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva. Develop visually appealing templates to ensure brand consistency. Create custom illustrations and icons as needed to complement design work. Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching content. Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Design Quality:

Assess creativity, visual appeal, and adherence to principles.

Project Timelines:

Monitor meeting deadlines and comparing estimated vs. actual time.

Client Satisfaction:

Evaluate client feedback to meet expectations effectively.

Design Accuracy:

Ensure precision in typography, color, and layout consistency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

2-5 years

of professional graphic design experience, preferably in social media content creation. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
