Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various media platforms, supporting our brand identity and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in design software, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media including websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all company communications and marketing channels Create original illustrations, infographics, logos, and other visual elements as needed Prepare files for print production and work with external vendors to ensure quality output Stay current with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders into final deliverables

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of professional graphic design experience Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles Experience with both print and digital design processes Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS understanding preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills across various design projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics and video editing software Knowledge of UX/UI design principles Familiarity with content management systems Understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
