We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with over 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design across digital and print platforms, an excellent understanding of brand identity, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling designs that engage and inspire our target audience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and design engaging graphics, layouts, and illustrations for websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, and other marketing collaterals. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality creative solutions. Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms. Edit and enhance images, photographs, and videos as needed. Work with UI/UX teams to design intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and creative techniques to bring fresh ideas into the design process. Coordinate with printers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality production of materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3+ years of professional graphic design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Experience in both print and digital design. Familiarity with motion graphics and basic video editing is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines. Experience in branding and identity design.
