Threos Healthcare Private Limited is seeking a creative and passionate

Graphic Designer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in designing for both digital and print mediums. The role involves creating visually compelling designs that align with the company's brand identity and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

Develop engaging visual content for a variety of digital and print materials including brochures, websites, social media graphics, advertisements, and presentations.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all design projects.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and translate them into creative visual solutions.

Software Expertise:

Use design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic software to create high-quality designs.

Revisions & Feedback:

Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of final assets.

Project Management:

Handle multiple design projects at once, adhering to deadlines and project specifications.

Visual Communication:

Create designs that communicate complex medical and healthcare information in a visually accessible manner.

Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally in the healthcare or related sector. Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across various mediums. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic knowledge of web design (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and an eye for design. Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Experience in designing for healthcare or medical-related industries. Understanding of print production processes and digital media.
