Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for digital, print, social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and branding. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to bring creative concepts to life and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visual assets including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, infographics, presentations, email templates, and advertisements. Develop creative concepts and branding materials aligned with company guidelines and project goals. Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into impactful designs. Create website graphics, landing page visuals, and UI/UX elements as needed. Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and maintain high-quality standards. Work on video graphics, animations, and motion graphics (preferred). Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to projects. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) and other relevant design software. Knowledge of Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW (added advantage). Understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
