Design physical branding items such as letterheads, brochures, presentations, promotional materials, banners, flyers etc.
Design operational, promotional and other types of emails or email campaigns
. Follow the brand guidelines and aesthetics for all design assets. Required Skills/Qualifications: * 2 to 3 years minimum of professional graphic design experience
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics * Strong knowledge of graphics design, style and techniques including, but not limited to: full Adobe Creative Suite with focus in Illustrator, Photoshop, corel draw. * A keen eye for aesthetics and details. * Excellent communication skills. * Highly organized, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment. * Ability to communicate and present ideas and rationales. * An ability to self-motivate and be team-centric.
Ability to prioritize and manage workload across multiple simultaneous tasks, in a fast-paced work environment, while ensuring delivery of high-quality work and meeting timelines.
Experience working with other designers and marketers on team-wide initiatives, like defining and developing design standards. * Be an expert voice and influencer on strategic decisions impacting the marketing campaign outcomes. * Excellent awareness of current design trends and a willingness to explore different design solutions.
